The Small Print

In case you are not satisfied with any product, or wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, we offer a money back guarantee for products returned to us:

– in their original packaging;

– in a brand-new, unused, salable condition;

– within 14 days of purchase.

Return delivery costs must be dealt with by the customer and we request customers contact us to confirm the address to which you need to return items. Used goods cannot be returned.

Little Burners can advise on courier / postal returns.

About Our Policy

If you receive incorrect, damaged or faulty goods please contact us immediately. Goods should be inspected prior to signing for delivery to ensure they are not damaged, and any subsequent problems must be reported to Little Burners within 24 hours of delivery. Little Burners will replace goods with manufacturing faults, which have not been damaged by misuse, within 1 year of receipt of the product by the customer. If replacement goods are not available, Little Burners will issue a refund or partial refund at our discretion, or offer the customer a partial refund if the customer wishes to retain the product.

How It Works

Goods will be delivered to the address specified as Delivery Address when ordering. Customers are responsible for giving Little Burners (LB) the correct address details, including special delivery instructions / directions.

LB or the delivery company used cannot take any responsibility for goods left in accordance with special delivery instructions provided for delivery if no-one is present at the delivery address.

Note that some products require signatures and cannot be left without signatures. The customer undertakes to ensure the goods can be signed for in this instance (otherwise see note on Returned products below).

How It Works

Products are normally dispatched same day if ordered before midday. Delivery is normally within a few days of our receipt of your order, unless otherwise specified. If you need something by a particular date, call or drop us a message and we can let you know if this is possible.

Small items are delivered by Royal Mail; larger packages/ more valuable items are usually delivered by our courier - ParcelForce.

How It Works

If delivery fails for any reason that is not the fault of Little Burners or the delivery company (for example customer not available at address to receive items requiring signature; undelivered products not collected from the depot within time frame; special instructions inadequate etc.) then products will usually be returned to LB. In this instance LB will either:

– redispatch the product upon receipt of payment for shipping costs plus a £5 handling fee; or

– issue a refund for the item less the postage paid for the failed delivery plus a £5 handling fee.

Miscellaneous

Note on first use: The high temperature stove paint will cure on the first lighting of your stove, giving off a non-toxic odour. Just ventilate your shelter during this time and the odour disappears quickly with increased heat.

From July 2013 all heating appliances to be fitted in houses are required to be CE approved and marked as such. Our stoves have not gone through the testing required for CE approval, but they are undergone rigorous testing and approval of happy customers.

Unfortunately we will not be able to sell you a stove if it is fitting into a house. Stoves fitted in caravans, tents, vehicles, Shephards huts etc are not to be CE approved.

Little Burners are unfortunately not able to advise you on safety aspects of stove installation. Only HETAS qualified bodies can give you advice and manage installations. We are happy to talk about your project and share experience and ideas, but this does not constitute advice and final decisions and responsibility for installations remain with the customer.

Disclaimer

Using a wood stove safely and responsibility of the customer. Little Burners does not accept any liability to any party for loss or damage incurred by the use of little burner stoves howsoever caused. We strongly recommend the use of a carbon monoxide monitor and alarm when using this or any stove in an enclosed area.
