Fire glass replacement with ceramic seal.

Replacement glass and seal for the window, allen key included to remove existing glass retainers and bolts. The glass retainers and bolts can be put back in. When putting a new piecee of glass in please ensure all parts and clean, dust and dirt free. If glass or the retainers are not dirt free the glass is at risk of cracking when pressure is applied to glass.
HOW TO:
Remove the door from the burner by lifting the pin all the way up, nuts may need to removed first, place the washers and pin to the side.
Remove existing bolts and retainers with allen key, wearing PPE remove the glass and fragments from door opening.
Ensure recessed edge is clean and free of debris.
Cut ceramic seal to size with scissors, remove the white covering exposing the self adhesive side.
Place seal into recessed area and apply a small amount of pressure so it does not move.
Ensure glass is clean and place onto the ceramic seal carefully.
Using the allen key, place the glass retainers and bolts back into place.
Tighten opposite corners carefully and slowly.
If this is not done the glass is at risk of cracking.
