Large Heat Shield

A 2mm thick powder-coated steel heat shield that attaches to the wall behind the stove, protecting your wall material and reducing the distance required between the stove and the wall. This single heat shield is supplied as a powder coated panel with folds to attach to combustible surfaces. Practical set for small spaces such as sheds and vans: without a heat shield a distance of up to 600 mm from the wall is recommended, but with a heat shield the distance between the furnace edge and the heat shield the distance can be reduced to 100mm.

Features:

• Essential for small spaces, as the heat shield means you can move the stove closer to the wall without compromising the finish.

• There is a 25mm gap at the bottom of the shield that draws cool air between the wall and the shield. This creates a cushion that keeps the wall material cool and protected.

• The steel reflects heat from the walls into the room, making your stove more efficient.

• There are 5 holes on each side of the sign to securely attach to the wall.

• Ideal for use with Florence, Burt and Betty.

• 600mm wide, 1000mm tall

They can be bolted together to create a corner shield.

Base plates are 600mm square, 3mm thick steel and powder coated.
